• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Howdy, I'm a newbie to the forum and been bbqing for quite some time. I just got a new smoker, after breaking my Big Green Egg, and am looking to do some beef ribs for the first time.

It's a DynaGlow with two burners and even with one burner won't get below 235 degrees.

Any good recipes for beef ribs?

Welocme to the asylum!

Take a look around and if you have questions please feel free to contact the moderator team or our senior members. Their names are color coded so you can recognized them.

Also, each section of the forum has a description that you can use to figure out where to post.

Finally, please review our rules! They are pretty straight forward, but looking at them up front may help to eliminate problems later :-D

Oh! Don't forget to add your name to the Brethren Map, located at the top of this Cattle Call forum.

Most important, have fun and join in our conversations and share and learn!

Use the site-specific Google search near the bottom of the page and you'll find a lot of recipes for beef ribs. I basically treat them like a brisket.
