Had some beef ribs in the freezer and picked up a cute little brisket for $1.99 lb. at Kroger Friday night. Smallest brisket I have ever seen; <7 lbs. probably just under 6 after a little trimming. Seasoned brisket with nothing but kosher salt and black pepper. Did one section of ribs with SPOG and the other with Salt Lick rub which is basically just salt, black pepper, and red pepper. you can see the red in the pics. All turned out good.

Looks Killer!.....That Salt Lick rub is pretty tasty isn't it? I love it.........
