• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Wanting to try out a new to me Sriracha. Tabasco brand. Hotter than Huey Fong and to me not quite as flavorful. It’s good though. Heated smoked beef cheek in stock. Bride fetched vegetable fried rice spring and egg roll
cowgirl inspired from another thread, and nothing left on the plates. :-D

Looks delicious, love beef n pork cheek. Have you tried Tobasco's "Eastern-Style chili sauce" or whatever it's called (and if so, would you mind comparing), or maybe even just compared to the older garlic/cayenne?



I don't use Sriracha much anymore outside of eating at restaurants, preferring their sambal/paste, but I like to think I can find a purpose for just about anything.. Tobasco and its variants thin consistency keep them very much in rotation for spritzing

Well, beef cheek fried rice is something I've never seen on a Chinese restaurant menu. Nicely done!

Looks delicious. I would say a winning combination for the fried rice. On a side note Sriracha on a burger is fantasic
