BBQ sauce mutation

The strangest thing just happened, I was cooking up some sauce with my usual recipe, and on a whim I threw in some brisket drippings to add a little depth; I cooked it down a little and ????????:shock: it turned into Ragu spaghetti sauce!! WTF!!! I kid you not, it went from BBQ sauce to the exact look, smell and taste of Ragu spaghetti sauce. This is one of the strangest things I've ever encountered in the kitchen.
