It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I watched the BBQ Pit boys, on youtube, make ribs and use a peanut butter and jelly glaze for them. I think I will try this on half a rack of ribs next time.

I'd like to see your results...PBJ ribs sound like fun for my little boy.

I also enjoy the BBQ Pitboys vids, some are very entertaining and the food looks good.

I like bbq pit boys, but haven't seen that one yet. I'm not sure I'd want pb-n-j ribs lol!

Fake ass BBQ

That's a bit rude. The BBQ Pit Boys have done some very good bbq. They get a lot of people into bbq and there is nothing fake about their bbq. I follow their recipe for country ribs. Very good recipes.

Hot and fast bbq was considered fake bbq by so called purists but it is very common place. Not many would argue it's fake bbq anymore.

Bbq is not definable because it changes over time and region.

Rock on guys I love the BBQ Pitboys. They are very good at what they do and if you want to cook good food easily they are very good at teaching.

I like their videos but some things didn't turn out as Good as they make it seem.

I like the BBQ pitboys....learned some stuff watching their videos. Besides love the comments they make throughout the video!!

Their thumbs up gestures at the slightest chances is hillarious. I do love their videos. Some would argue they're not much of an example of meat safety and hygiene with plenty of cross contamination of raw/cooked food. But hey, when you're out in the woods, you make do.

Did you die tho? Naw. :icon_cool

they do have some darned good recipe's.....and whats a recipe?.....a starting place to make it your own!

I have to agree.....

Of the many things I love about this forum is that there's no trolls and we tend to follow the general rule that if you don't have something nice to say then just don't say anything at all.

The Pitboys can be a bit corny and perhaps a tad over emotional with the "that's gooooooooood" and "ohhhh yeahhhhhhhhh"....but so what. They're out there cooking food, having fun and perhaps inspiring people to get into BBQ'ing or even making some videos of their own.

I like the BBQPB's. They remind me of myself. A bunch of older good ole boys doing things the way that they like to do them. They possess a lot of outdoor skills that most of today's younger crowd lack. And like or dislike their style and methods, they make a good bit of money doing what they like to do. Nothing wrong with that in my book. Sure, they are not turning out Franklin style Q, but that was never their intent. They present old school methods with the bare basic of equipment. I respect them for that.
