Hello everyone I am from Chatham, IL. I am 24 years old, and am trying to build my skills on BBQ. I am currently building an offset smoker with two horizontal 55 drums side by side. I have cooked in the annual Blues and BBQ event a couple years. I want to build my skills in what I love to do!
