It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

BBQ I grew up on

There always room for other choices/options. Hope you are expanding your sampling of other methods of making trying quality Q.

Hey I hear ya, and you are right is was good eats. I'm not afraid to say it, I have had some delicious boiled ribs that were finished off on the grill.

Well, that sounds like something I would eat,I'm no snob

I have boiled my share of ribs over the years. Sixty years ago, when I was in Jr. High school, we had been having an annual BBQ for a school fund raiser. I had the pleasure and opportunity to help the fathers who had cooked all night. After they had chopped all of the meat, I would get it by the pan full to re-heat and sauce. We only used vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper flakes, but all the folks really liked it.

I grew up on boiled then grilled ribs. They were actually tasty, butt once I learned real BBQ, nuff said.

Actually the amount was the same. No way you get that many. My buddy makes them still but uses a bottle of Stubbs pecan sauce and I always enjoy them when ever he makes them for a football game.

How do you get 14-16 sammiches out of 1 # of meat?

This was before super-sized portions. Use small buns and throw on pickles and onions.

My mom (who grew up in the Depression) could feed several folks with one small chicken. If unexpected guests showed up for supper she just made more biscuits.

My mom could feed a family of five on the portions of meat that i (sometimes) put on my plate.
