• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well it's been alittle chilly around here for the last couple of days 50's and 60's. So the wife wanted some chili and she got what she wanted with alittle twist
I took what was left of the ribs I cooked Sunday and stripped all the meat off of them and used it for the meat. We don't have much for seasonings around the rental house so I used Dr. BBQ's Bonesmokers Pepper Blend because we didn't have chili powder. Man did that taste good I will be doing that agian real soon.

Please send some my way. (the weather) We wont see 60s until Nov or Dec.

What no pics? Will have to try that one.

I am going to be in a chili contest benefitting the United Way a week from Friday (I took 3rd last year). I thought about adding some burnt ends to my standard chili recipe to kick it up a notch. Has anyone tried this?

Brisket in chili is great, so burnt ends should be that much better!

I too have used the good Doctor's Pepper Rub. Good stuff with a good kick.
