• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hey Y'all,

I have been working on my chicken cuz its not my strong point right now; but this came out pretty good. I cooked it on my Chargriller Smokin' Pro using Indirect Method. I have two of the Chargriller charcoal baskets that I put in the main chamber to hold my coals. I smoked the chicken over hickory. Because this was a last minute cook I did not get to brine it but it was still very delicious - my kids and their guest ate it all! :-D Also, I finished it skin side down directly over the fired coals and the skin came out nice and crispy; a little darker than I would have liked it, but still very tasty. I also made some homemade Cheesy Smashed Potatoes. Here are the pics...

 
Good lookin eats there Tony. I have to admit my grilled chicken is better than my slow cooked, but I'm going to keep on trying.

I'd actually like you to start screwing this kind of stuff up a bit more so that when we start cooking at the same comps, your chicken sucks! This looks great... and I again had no breakfast, so now I'm salivating!
