• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hey boys any of you guys know a good recipe for cut up chicken breasts, leg quarters and thighs (bone in). I would like to try something diffrent for a fundraiser bbq I am doing for the sheriffs dept. Any help would be appreciated:-D
 
I get positive comments when I marinade pieces like that in soy sauce, then glaze with hoisin sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Kinda do an asian thing.
 
Marinade in Mojo Criollo. Some Smart and Finals have it in gallon Jugs, also Restaurant Depot.
 
I brine in a mixture of water, salt, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic (does anybody really know what thyme it is :rolleyes:) and what ever rub I am going to use. Pieces get brined for about an hour then rinsed well and set out to dry for about 30 minutes. Then they get rubbed and grilled indirect until done.
