Bretheren, I am smokeless. My beast of a smoker has been confiscated and hauled off for scrap. let this be a lesson, never build or go in on a smoker with someone else. Came home, smoker gone....I am now reduced to a chargriller that I have modified that makes some very good ribs and chicken. However, imho nothing beats a stickburner. I am going to practice the proverbs---let him drink and forget his misery.
