• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Its pot pie time again. This time I used some left over brisket from last weekend's contest. Had some "filling" left so made a brisket hot pocket.

2 C BBQ brisket, Cooked
1 small onion, diced
1 C peas, frozen
1 can green beans
1 C carrots, diced & blanched
1/2 C non dairy creamer
2 cups beef broth
1/4 t Better Than Bullion
2 T Flour
salt & pepper to taste

Here's the link to my original chicken pot pie.

I have to try that one day! Looks great!

I really hate pot pies... they keep calling my name from the kitchen!

I forgot to mention that I put a little bit of BBQ sauce in the filling. Its purty good, but I like the chicken pies better.

Looks delicious, I gotta try some of that. What did you use for the dough?
