Saturday, I will attempt these for the first time. I've smoked baby backs a lot, but never beef. Any advice for this first timer?
Salt and pepper. Don't wrap. 275*. IMHO.
Thanks guys. If they turn out like brisket, I can't wait. I haven't gotten them yet, so not sure of size. I'll smoke them Saturday. Can't wait!
If this isn't the best looking beef rib ever it is certainly in the top two. What did you cook them on?
