BBQ all the way from New Hampshire

Wanted to say hello to everyone here from Southern New Hampshire. I have been reading (and a couple of posts) for a couple of weeks. I have already learned a lot, and I suspect I always will. I have been cooking BBQ for 4 years now, and entered my first competition last year. It was a ribs and wings competition and I took 6th for ribs, and DAL for wings. I will be competing in Lake Placid in a couple of weeks. My team is RumplePigSkin, and I will post some pics when I get back.

No, though I wish I could. Too many family obligations this year.I will be going friday evening to look around, ask questions, and meet people. I have told my wife that next year I am entering. I got a roll of the eyes.
