Sanctioning packet went out today.

NYS Championship and part of the Empires State BBQ Championship
Saturday - Peoples Choice Rib cookoff. All proceeds go to the Police Athletic Leagues childrent with Special needs.

Ribs will be supplied by our host the Suffolk County PAL.
Sunday - KCBS BBQ contest

I just left a meeting with Rich Gorgone, our host and organizer. Plans are not only for the rib cookoff, but to allow team vending(for a small fee), and participation Of The Long Island Custom car show. Richie will be signing on shortly as he gets the ball rolling.
