• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well just ordered my Bandera. Could not find one in Northern New Jersey. I was looking to get a cover for it and can't find that either. So can anybody tell me a place I can buy one online or around the Northern NJ area.

Thanks

Michael

My .02, past reviews say the $40 cover sucks

I bought a $12 cover at HD for a big gas grill, and just tie it down with twine.

Not custom fit, but it has lasted 4 years on only $12.

Welcome Michael

Thanks, I'll look into that.

Mike, where abouts are you from? I`m in Freehold.

I bought the $40 cover thinking it would be something special. It`s a little better than average. BUT, Charbroil told me I can call them if anything should go wrong with it and I`ll get a new one.

I see that happing in the future.

If you can't find one from Char go to Brinkmann and order a cover for a Smoker King Deluxe, it will fit like a glove.

IMHO, the cover sucks. Bought one and 6 months later threw it away, already had a couple of rips in it and looked like crap. Now I just power wash my dera every couple of months, scub some of the rust off, and put some spray can "hot grill" paint on it. Won't last for me more than a couple of months but it looks alot better than that piece of crap they called a cover.

Large plastic tarp and 2 pieces of nylon rope is what I wrap my baby in at night when I'm done with her. And this is what I cover my 'dera up with too!

i got the NB cover... dont hold up to cold very well.. Cracks. Warm months its ok, but tleaves a load of fuzz on the beast from the felt lining.
