• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Wife picked up one of these at the store a couple of weeks ago. Put it on the smoker. We'll see how it tastes. Says just 14 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Its pre-baked, so just needs warming I assume.

Never smoked it before, but brie is some good stuff all nice and warm.
Just be careful not to melt it.

I've plank cooked brie on the grill/smoker before. Yummy! Never tried this brie in a bread thing.

It got damn hot inside! 210 when I pulled it off.
