Bacon wrapped chicken, stuffed with pickle

I must be nuts. I wanted to use my Humphrey's so I lit it up for just two pieces of chicken. I did want to test some new charcoal.

These were very good.

It's very good. I will be picking some more up. Another really good one is kamado Joe garlic butter seasoning.

I bet that would be amazing sliced up for sandwiches! I love pickles on my turkey/chicken sandwiches. Funny thing is I can't stand pickles on burgers and most other sandwiches.

I never would have thought to put a pickle in a piece of chicken like that, but I like it! Might have to steal this idea. Maybe do a ham/pickle/cream cheese rollup on the inside.

I'm not a fan of pickles in burgers either or pickles be warm but these were good. Next time I will add another pickle.
