Bacon Wrapped Bacon

Had a hunk of buckboard bacon in the freezer. Cubed it up and wrapped with some maple cured bacon. Sprinkled with some rub and smoked till bacon was done. It was the hit at the wife's family reunion today. Seems I've finally been accepted into the family.
