Did all this on Sunday. Smoked some salmon for salmon, cream cheese, capers and red onion bagels.
Put 11 pounds of bacon that had been curing for a week on the top rack on the WSM with the Salmon on the middle rack. Also picked up a slicer from an estate sale for $5. It works pretty good, but a tad small for bacon, but will work. Much easier and better uniformity than using a knife.
Brewed an Oatmeal Stout and was drinking a homebrewed Dunkelweizen.
Finally, the girlfriend refinished a cheap end table for our game room with beer labels.
