Licking my wounds from a failed brisket. 3.5 mi walk 1:10 bike I realized I’ve got to turn the oven back on. Located a cheese pizza in The freezer (Pandemic Acquisition). Leftover grilled burger and smoked pork both chopped. Layered leftover meats, cheese (Gouda and Sharp), black olives and green chile. Going to make a Utah sauce for dipping (dukes-catsup-Onion Powder and pickle juice)
