It's been a while since I posted of Smokey Goodness, y'all please forgive me, Life tends to get in the way of the stuff we enjoy doing....
Got off'n work around 8am and came right home to fire up the DrumPit.
I've got a small 10lb. Brisket and am going to try to cook it Hot and Fast..

Prepped it with CowCamp Garlic Season All and Black Pepper...

Today I'm using 10lbs of Royal Oak Lump and some Cherry Chunks....

A little later I threw on a 2lb JD Fatty and a Polish Kielbasa....

Kielbasa was done in an hour and the Fatty was ready in 2...

I probed it and it's got a ways to go...I'll check on it in a few more hours.

In the meantime I made me a snack.....
Can you say Sweet and Smokey Fatty Slice of Heaven?
That's a Krispy Kreme Doughnut sliced in two with a few slices of JD in between.........OMG!!!!!

Yessir... Today is a good day! That looks great! Ive never thought of doing that with a doughnut... but when u think about it its like maple syrup on your bacon.....which is AWESOME!!! :-D I'll have to try the doughnut deal! Thanks Bro!!! Food looks great!

That Krispy Fatty is wrong on so many levels....so why can't I quit looking at it or stop wondering how long it would take me to make one if I started right this minute?
