Bachelor Party

I'm going on a bachelor party this weekend, basically on a farm. 10 of us. 18.5 WSM, regular weber, and 2 fryers... Will be catching all the bass and catfish we can stand so fried fish tacos are a must... Will have some deer backstraps and duck. Anybody have any ideas besides ribs and butts that would be good to smoke all day while we are fishing, or easy grilling to snack on.... Kind of looking for something new.

MOINK Balls and ABTs are always a good call.
A nice sirloin roast for sammies, throw some sweet potatos on the smoker, smoke some brats or kielbasa or other snausages. Shoot, for a party like that just grill up some quality hot dogs for snacky treats.

Don't forget to grill some thick sliced onion and smoke some tomatos for those fish tacos! Also, smoke some butter drizzeled garlic powdered popcorn for a snack.

Throw on a few fatties, and last time I threw on some links of chorizo. Just a few snacks to eat while waiting for the other meat. And I like your thinking 1TScot, strippers and beer do go with everything!
