[Shotgun smokers]

I had cooked a bunch of ribs, a few fatties and one big brisket. it was a successful weekend! almost all the meat was eaten. everyone loved it! I even had one brethren come. here are the results.. all except the brisket.. i started slicing before i took a pic :doh:

It was a LOT of fun! JumpKix made the trip awesome! that is one funny guy right there. We all probly gained 10 pounds but, hey its worth it. :grin:
