• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Have some company coming over today for some Q. Asked what her favorite was and ribs was the answer. These are Sam's Club and come 3 to a pack, hate to have anyone go home hungry so I did all of them.

Used a rub from Weber called Honey Garlic, really a good commercial rub.

Wicked good lump with some chunks of peach for smoke on the big Weber.

Bit of a tight fit but I kind of like that...

Going to get the horses out to ride while I slow cook them. Nice weather here today but the flies are really bad.

Made some fresh green beans out of the garden sauteed in bacon grease with onion and garlic. My friend brought over some parker house rolls, been ages since I've had them.

Ate way too much but boy was it ever good!

Thanks guys!

I can't remember when the last time I had Parker House rolls. She brought them over just ready for a raise so they were hot out of the oven!

Shorts, boots and buttered biscuits. Probably a country song in there somewhere. Ribs look grand.

Some good looking ribs. How did you like the Weber rub? I never saw that rub, I like the weber rubs.

She's like most girls and loves horses. The palamino is a handful so I'd only let her ride him in the round pen. The mare is pretty high strung but really well trained and is gaited. Much easier on your butt!

I really like that one, the 3rd ingredient is salt so works well on chicken and fish.

Nice, Norm!

I'm not horsin' around...love your place.

Thanks for sharing a little of it with us.

Thanks folks!

Marc I'm very fortunate to live where I do, thank you for noticing.

Ribs look incredible Norm, great job.

makes me want to try loin backs again. Does piling them like that help them to not dry out?

It helps a little bit but not enough to make a big difference.
