Got 2 7.5lb butts injected and rubbed with Big Bob Gibson's, 2 racks of beef back ribs rubbed with Grub Rub, a rack of spares rubbed with Bone Suckin' Sauce Rib Rub, a hot fatty and a plain fatty rolled in Head Country rub. Will throw on 6 garlic beef sausages later in the day, along with some maple puppy peters and some turkey breakfast links as well. Here's the first group of picks along with my helper.
