Aug 6 Cook in Cleburne Tx I need cater equipment

My niece is graduating from the TCU Nursing Program and we would like to cater the party
I am told it will be less than 200 folks We really do not want to drag our stuff over
We may have a line on some equipment....... But I thought I would ask here also
Any Texas Brethren have that sized mobile pit (200 Texans) and equipment we can rent or barrow?

We are planning on doing
Pig Candy
Brisket
Half Chickens
Pork Shoulder
Flaming Cheese Bread
Blue Ribbon Beans
Green Salad

well ......... i have a xl drum and a 55, both have 2 racks, a 6 and 8 foot table and a 10x10 pop up. So if this would help let me know so i can check the date.
