Grass needs cutting in Brooklyn.. oughta take all of 3 minutes with the yards you guys have lol Went there.. PP was great as good as any competition meat there is Whole hog, just as good.. IMHO, brisky needed another hour on the smoker, but the taste was still good... will return in a week or so to see if the consistantcy is there will report back findings on return trip.. and the place is interesting , lotta characters there ..real friendly though.. barteneders professional , fast and good... very New Orleans in style , food, and drinks... they use Pat O'Brians mixes for all the foo- foo, and exotic drinks.. beers $4-$5, depending onm what you get ...
