Here are the photos I took at the Arlington TN contest. We did very well with on site judging but we need to work on our blind boxes. It got cold as soon as the sun went down. My son Neil did great with the on site presentation. The ribs we cooked were the best we had ever done. We had visitors from other teams including Steve from Simple Q. The Hog Wild Booth across from us had a huge party with hundreds of people. We were a little more reserved but partied well into the night. Very few people in this area have seen the Stumps Smokers so there was alot of interest in or GF223. Some of the judges I met at the Joneboro contest last weekend came by to sample our rub and sauce made from Starbucks Coffee. Got lots of compliments and "I can't beleive this is made from coffee" remarks. This is the link to the photos on our web site hope you enjoy them.
