MilitantSquatter said:Would potentially be interested but work schedule for the next two months has some travel involved but I don't have all the confirmed dates yet.
In addition, $$ and knowing who the potential instructor would be other considerations...

The New England Barbecue Society is happy to present a barbecue cooking class on October 14, 2006 at the Rod and Gun Club, in Maynard, MA.
Students will learn how to smoke beef brisket and pulled pork, as well as how to cook ribs, chicken, seafood and more, on any type of cooker.
Competition barbecue will be discussed, as will the pros and cons of all of the different types of grills and smokers on the market today, to help you decide which is best for you.
Also, you will learn to prepare and cook this November’s Thanksgiving Turkey, as both grilled and smoked turkey will be demonstrated and served.
The cost of the class, which includes dinner, will be $35.00 for NEBS members and $70.00 for non-members, which includes a 1-year membership.
