Just put a 15# brisket in the WSM along with a pork shoulder( dont know the weight) Getting it all settled in then getting up about 5am to start the big cooker for 3 racks of spare ribs and some corn. and what ever else i can toss on there. just cooking for 4 people, but most of it will get vaccu-sealed for me later on
