Anybody have a link for making crown roasts?

I want to do a crown roast of lamb for Easter. And I was hoping to find some info on tying it up and stuffing options. Unfortunately this will be roasted at my MIL's, so I will have to season with my home made mesquite smoked sea salt for a lil' taste of Q.

That recipe is like every other one I found. Starts with a pre-made crown roast.

I want to start with two racks and go from there. I know how to french the rack. But I am unsure about how to tie it so the ends of each rack butt up nice and tight.
