Anybody Done Turkey Thighs?

Timing, pit temp, internal temp advice please!

I bet these would be real nice and juicy and suspect they would take about 4.5 hrs at 225* and would be ready at an internal temp of 165...but I am totally guessing here

A USDA inspector I know says WalMart carries them. He also told me Food Lion brand Brats are made by Johnsonville.
