Does anyone have any experience with the No Cents injectors? I seen them in a thread te other day and checked them out. Needing to get an injector that can handle a large amount of injecting at a time and I dont really want to use the smaller 2 oz injectors when i am cooking a couple cases of butts.

I don't have experience with that particular injector, but the No Cents high volume injectors look like they are well made.

The smaller models also look interesting . . .

Indianagriller, I'm sitting here wondering WHY inject? I have smoked alotof meat and never injected. My meat is moist and tender without it. Taste like what I cook, not an injection that changes the flavor; the smoke is what i want in the first place!!!:thumb:
Bet I geta lot of slack from this!:boxing:

i tried injecting a but a few weeks ago and did not really like the results. seems like most of the juice that is usually in the but just leaked out during the smoking so it was dryer after unfoiling.

Oldschool , nothing wrong with not injecting, i do not inject when i cook at home, but when i'm cooking in competitions i inject because the judges are looking for the wow factor. My injections are pretty simple 3 parts water 1 part juice and a bit of rub. I also tend to cook a little hotter than 225* usually in between 275* and 300*.

Yes, I have one and use it on large cooks.

My only issue with it is the level isn't something you can do one handed. Unless it's changed, it's kind of a T handle. I wish it could be operated by one hand since the other is handling the PB or whatever you're injecting.

They are nothing special; just a garden sprayer with a needle. Quality, At least the one I bought, was very poor. Crapped out almost immediately and it WAS expensive. Just my $.02
