Looking forward to trying sous vide. Ordered a PolyScience a few days ago and just got shipment notification. Do you guys insulate your containers?

I don’t lately I’ve used my 6qt Instant Pot/pot. I’ve seen sleeves, special containers , ice chests. You’re only limited by your imagination. I cook for two and seems nothing goes over 3-4 hours, usually less. Big cook probably changes everything
