• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hi Everyone - Brian from Centuria, WI. I am glad I stumbled upon this site! This is the start of my second year of KCBS competition and I cannot believe how much I have learned in one year. I thought I was a good cook before I started competing - only to discover how much I didn't know!! BBQ folks are all the best!! I feel truly priviledged to have met so many great people at the contests and I know that I will continue to meet more! I will be down at Minnesota in May this weekend and if you are there, stop on by! Take care everyone and good luck to all the competitors out there!

Hey, glad to see ya, brother! Contribute your knowledge as often as you can!!

My team is Sir Smoke A Lot...funny story - my original name was Sir Smoke A Lot and the Holy Grill but at my first competition, there wasn't enough room on the judges form for the whole thing so it got shortened to Sir Smoke A Lot and the Ho. I figured it was just much easier to keep it at Sir Smoke A Lot.....

HEHEHE That's funny, right thar!!! Especially if you have a wife/gf that competes with you? :D

Welcome to the mix Brother and enjoy the forum.

Welcome..Think I met you at the KCBS judging class in Watertown. Good luck at the contest.

Welcome to the asylum! That goes for the Ho, too! :-D :-D
