Hi Everyone - Brian from Centuria, WI. I am glad I stumbled upon this site! This is the start of my second year of KCBS competition and I cannot believe how much I have learned in one year. I thought I was a good cook before I started competing - only to discover how much I didn't know!! BBQ folks are all the best!! I feel truly priviledged to have met so many great people at the contests and I know that I will continue to meet more! My team is Sir Smoke A Lot...funny story - my original name was Sir Smoke A Lot and the Holy Grill but at my first competition, there wasn't enough room on the judges form for the whole thing so it got shortened to Sir Smoke A Lot and the Ho. I figured it was just much easier to keep it at Sir Smoke A Lot.....
