Another Rib-Rack Question

Question for those who have used rib racks before. Do you spray yours with oil prior to cooking, or do you make a foil barrier between the ribs and the rack ( like Alton Brown did on his recent BBQ special )

I always spray mine with PAM. Honestly, I do that so they clean up better, but it seems to work.

I just use it, no spray and it fits in the dishwasher nicely. BTW I have a Weber rack that I get 6 racks on, the two on the outside I use bamboo skewers to keep them in place threaded all the way through all six racks
