Well just want to say a quick hello to all the brethren here.

Name is Michael and I'm from Northern New Jersey, Wyckoff to be exact.
I have a wife and 2 daughters. Work in R&D for a pharma and am a volunteer EMT for the town, also 1st Lt for the Corps.

Have had a ECB for a year and made alot of good Q, once I modified it. Needed something bigger, seems the more you Q the more friends you get and the more you have to Q for them

Look forward to interacting with all on the board.

Even if you go bigger keep the ECB -- it makes a great backup. I use my ECB when I'm doing two completely different meats and need two temps.
