• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well just want to say a quick hello to all the brethren here.

Name is Michael and I'm from Northern New Jersey, Wyckoff to be exact.
I have a wife and 2 daughters. Work in R&D for a pharma and am a volunteer EMT for the town, also 1st Lt for the Corps.

Have had a ECB for a year and made alot of good Q, once I modified it. Needed something bigger, seems the more you Q the more friends you get and the more you have to Q for them :D

Look forward to interacting with all on the board.

Michael

Edit: I have a bandera on order, just waiting for it to come.

Welcome Michael/LT. Good to have you, and you have my thanks for your service to our country.

Welcome Michael,
Always good to add a Michael...there is just something
about that name.

Welcome to the Brethren!

As long as you have a sense of humor and an appetite, you will fit right in!

Welcome Butter Knife (salute), glad to have you with us, if you like cooking for friends this is your kind of place.

Welcome to the bretheren Mike. I also want to thank you for your years of service to our great country. You will learn much from these guys. I know I have.

Welcome!

Even if you go bigger keep the ECB -- it makes a great backup. I use my ECB when I'm doing two completely different meats and need two temps. :D
