Hello from another SoCal dude, it looks like I am not alone here in the golden state. I cook as much as possible and am a true fan of pork fat. I ride and race dirt bikes in the desert and cook at least once or twice a week. I just spent my father’s day smoking a boston butt, pork loin backs, a small brisket and some beef ribs along with a few brews and a good stoogie. It was definitely a good day indeed and the food was devoured as soon as it hit the table. :mrgreen:
