Hello from Southampton, PA -- where today's weather is supposed to get to 100 degrees!

I got a GOSM big block smoker last month. My wife insisted, so who am I to resist, right? I used to try and smoke stuff in my Weber gas grill, but this one's the real deal.

So far I've successfully made babybacks (my favorite -- using different dry rubs), a chicken, and a turkey breast. Some pics are below. I also tried a bison sirloin tip steak but that didn't come out so good.

Looking forward to participating more on this forum!
