Hows everyone doin? My names Dan and I'm over here in Woodbridge NJ. I'm 28 and am getting married next year to a great chic that let me spend afew g's on a new Klose cooker. I do commercial hvac work and am happy to be here.:-D

I'm in menlo park terrace to be exact, right next to Edison. I work in raritan center.
My Klose which I'm excited to get is a BYC with the vertical. Its got a 60" main with full size dual pull out racks. A1/2" fire box with a coal basket. The pop out baffle between the two chambers and some 8" wheels to help this 1400lb roll. Right now I'm cooking my 1st brisket on a silver smoker. The Klose is a bit of an upgrade.lol
