Hello everyone,
Just another smoker/homebrewer here from Indianapolis.
Current smoking rigs: BGE Large, Old School WSM, Weber Kettle
Brew rigs:5500W electric HERMS system, 2 temperature controlled fermentation cabinets
Current mission: to make a brisket as good as Meshack's in Dallas, TX.
Glad to finally find a BBQ forum that's worth visiting on a daily basis - and to see that there are lots of brewers here as well!
