Another Weekend in North central Arkansas and another day with the BGE. Saturday another pizza, then Sunday a "Best Choice Spiral Cut Ham", we have found this brand to be the best ham we have ever bought, not too salty and not a lot of water, plus very little goes to waste as we trim it out and freeze for sandwiches, a pot of beans or what ever. We were very pleased with the color, flavor and overall appearance. Cooked at 240 degrees for right at 3 hours over apple wood chips for the smoke.:thumb::bow:
