• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I hope he had REAL GOOD ventilation cause it looks like it's hooked up inside!

I have the same smoker. It has 2 drawers that run from the front to the back to hold the wood chips, water pan and 3 shelves. Temp holds steady at 220 on low and 250 on high. Turns out great food. I know before they stopped selling them at Sam's here in Indiana they were close to $700.00
The top and sides are insulated.

Is it fairly airtight? Could it be converted to charcoal?
