Angus Ribeye Steaks

Wife got a little crazy with the EVOO had to pat this one down.

Seasoned with Carne Crosta let them set for about an hour

Went on the gasser as hot as it'll get, 4min each side high heat. I forgot to take a shot after it had been cut :doh:
