All this talk about meatloaf…

…gave me a hankering for “Ain’t Your Mama’s Meatloaf” from the Smoke and Spice cookbook. One of our faves. These are full loaf pan sized. Look how small they look on the 26’er… lol. Smoked em’ @ 275° with a few chunks of hickory. Took about 4 hours.
