• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I think I over did myself and I'm feeling like that pretty good right now, aside from the cooking below you gotta figure in the breakfast this morning and I did fix 3 blsl breast for later in the week too, so I'm beat and full as a tick. The BBQ Pot Pie with the cheese grits for the topping is a good way to use up some left over pork or beef and the recipe is on my site but I'm too tared to link you to it right now.
The casserole started with a large onion and I added a jalapeno and a handful of fresh asparagus.

We’ve been pretty busy in the garden this year and doing pretty good I might add.

These thin cut lamb chops were a nice change for a meat since we never have lamb and the boss swore she didn’t like lamb and somehow enjoyed these every bit as much as I did which was a bunch.

Corn bread even turned out good even though I didn’t take time to put in the indirect set up, I guess that cast iron pan and the small amount of batter made allowed em to get done without burning.

You just stir up some cornmeal, egg, and splattermilk and pour into a well oiled and hot pan. Bout 2 cups meal, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 egg and 2 tbs veggie oil and for the little stick kinda pans like I used you can add some water if needed to make it thin so it will pour into the pan. Cook at 425-450 for 15 min or till brown and you might want to check the bottoms earlier if your cooking in a grill or smoker since they might be cooking too fast.
