• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Alittle to dry

Looks like you are dripping dry stuff all over the place.:clap2:

Killer moist and juicy! No dry here!

I seriously want some of that right about now...

That is total CRAP brisket!!!

Send it here quickly and I'll dispose of it properly :biggrin1:

Beautiful!

Yeah, I think I need to do another brisket soon...

Amazing looking brisket. Please share the details of the cook for us novices still chasing that type of perfection.

Matt, sorry for my ignorance but Is that a flat or point in your first picture? Just wondering because my flats never bend like that! I assumed it was the point

Im very novice! Only my 3rd brisket.. But I injected and let sit for a few hours. Then applied tasty licks brisket rub and threw on the yoder. Had apple and misquite pellets. Cooked at 250 for 5hrs, then ran it at 275 for another 3hrs then foiled and I think it was like another 2hrs till done. The rub was just ok. Next one I'm going for more of a salty/peppery rub

Matt, I'd be happy to take that Sahara brisket off your hands.

Looks good enough to eat.
