Alaska Salmon Bake

My wife and returned yesterday from our cruise to Alaska.

Lot's to tell you folks, but wanted to show you a couple of pictures from the "Salmon Bake" we went to in Juneau.

Mendenahll Glacier and Salmon. It was a great time. I was surprised at how good the food was, well how good the salmon and cornbread was.

Here are a couple of pictures of the Salmon cooking over an alder wood fire.

Yep, thats good eats. michele and I were their in May and went to this salmon bake. Food was very good. The water fall on the property was neat also. I could do it all over again!!!
