A while back posted about TexJoy and my introduction. 4ever3 took it to the next level that SaltGrass 7 Spice is a TexJoy product. So traveled out on the Interstate to SaltGrass Steakhouse restaurant and bought me a bottle in the bar. I can't say I've used it exclusively, predominantly would be better.
Overnight marinate of USDA Prime Filets (yellow Tag of course). Still on the pricey side. Not bankruptable price , but take your breath away grit your teeth and do it pricey. I know I'm gonna use coals not pellets. Fark it. WGA it shall be.IMG_20240904_130536~2.jpg

Relapse? I get it Dude…. I get it.

No meat September? I really thought you had it in ya! 😂👍
No no no. Not No Meat September. No "buy" meat September. These were from previously purchased a good while back from freezer. July 4th I think. Just using up freezer hoard.

That gnome is looking a bit tattered just like before. Almost time for a new coat ..... of paint !!! Nice steak, though !!!
